Mesrop Manukyan

Mesrop Manukyan has over 10 years of extensive experience in international taxation, corporate legal matters, and IT and technology law. He has advised high-profile companies such as High Voltage Electric Networks and Ucom on complex legal transactions. His career includes managerial and legal roles at organizations like the Foundation for Armenian Science and Technology (FAST) and IDeA Foundation. Notably, he served as General Counsel for OneDapp, a Shanghai-based technology company, marking a significant milestone in his professional journey.

Mesrop is passionate about professional development and teaching, having lectured on tax, corporate, and transactional law at the American University of Armenia.

He holds an MBA from London Business School, along with law degrees from the University of Cambridge (LL.M.), American University of Armenia (LL.M.), and Yerevan State University (Bachelor of Jurisprudence).
